1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Reservations can be made through our website, where you will need to complete the relevant form.
   
• Payments can be made via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Cabal, and Discover debit, credit, and prepaid cards. If you prefer to pay in cash, payments in ARS (Argentine Pesos) will be accepted using the prevailing Blue Dollar exchange rate.
   
• Upon making the payment, the customer will receive a booking confirmation. Payments must be made in full before the excursion date unless partial payment arrangements are agreed upon.
   

3. Reservation Modifications

• If you need to change the date or details of your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
   
• Modifications outside this period may incur additional fees.
   

4. Cancellations

• Weather-related Cancellations: In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be refunded via the same method used for the original payment.
   
• Customer Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the timing of the request:
   
  • More than 10 days prior to the excursion: 100% refund.
     
  • Between 10 and 3 days prior to the excursion: 50% refund.
     
  • Less than 3 days prior to the excursion: No refund.
     
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your excursion, the total amount paid will be forfeited.
   

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for cancellations or bad weather will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
   
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
   

6. Final Payment Conditions

• Final payment by credit card/debit card or Paypal: If you choose to pay the remaining balance with Paypal or a credit/debit card, an additional 5% fee will apply to the total booking amount.
   

7. Age and Health

• Excursions are open to anglers of all ages, as long as they meet the basic health and mobility requirements to participate in the activity.
   
• If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please inform us at the time of booking.
   

8. Use of Images and Content

• The customer authorizes the company to use images or videos taken during the excursion for promotional purposes, on social media, or in advertising materials, without additional compensation.
   

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Argentina.
   
• Any disputes arising between the customer and the company will be resolved by the competent courts of Buenos Aires.
   

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
