Guest Responsibilities – Before the Trip

Guests are responsible for:

Reviewing the trip description, inclusions, duration, and target species
Wearing appropriate outdoor clothing
Bringing sun protection, a hat, suitable footwear, and an extra bottle of water

During the Trip

The charter operator is in charge at all times. Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines.
The operator reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if a guest behaves in an unsafe, aggressive, or non-compliant manner.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the fishing trip, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of outdoor and water-based activities.

The operator shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Fishing Trips Argentina & Third-Party Platform Policies

Guests booking directly or through platforms such as Fishing Trips Argentina agree to comply with both the platform’s policies and the operator’s terms and conditions.

In case of discrepancies, the operator’s safety, cancellation, and no-show policies shall prevail.

Passenger Information

Each passenger must complete the required passenger information form prior to the trip.

Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation, Modification & No-Show Policy

This reservation cannot be canceled free of charge.
In case of cancellation, modification, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged, with no refund.

Exceptions

A refund or rescheduling will only apply if the cancellation is initiated by the operator due to:

Unsafe weather conditions
Mechanical issues
Other operational reasons beyond the operator’s control

Weather, Safety & Operator Authority

The charter operator has full authority to determine whether weather, river, or safety conditions are suitable for the trip.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, the operator may cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded or rescheduled.

Passenger Availability & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring their availability on the confirmed date and time of the fishing trip.

Once the reservation is confirmed:

The charter operator blocks availability exclusively for the guest.
Failure to be available, changes in personal schedule, travel delays, or itinerary modifications are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

It is the guest’s responsibility to:

Be available at the agreed meeting time and location
Coordinate arrival times considering travel, transfers, or cruise schedules

Any inability of the guest to attend the trip as scheduled will be treated as a cancellation or no-show, and the 100% prepaid deposit will be retained.

Fishing Conditions Disclaimer

Fishing success is not guaranteed.

Catch rates, species availability, and overall experience depend on weather, river conditions, and fish activity, which are beyond the operator’s control.
No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish activity or unmet expectations related to catches
