Terms and Conditions for Direct Bookings 

Please review these terms before booking. Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read and accepted these conditions on behalf of every guest included in your booking.

All booking details, changes, and cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Guests must provide complete and accurate passenger information before the trip.

Any medical condition, allergy, reduced mobility, or special requirement that could affect a guest’s safety while boating must be disclosed in advance.

Each guest is responsible for bringing any necessary personal medication and, if needed, motion-sickness medication.

Guests should wear comfortable clothing suitable for boating, including warm layers and clothes that may get wet. Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, suitable footwear, and an extra bottle of water are also recommended.

Fishing Trips Argentina is not responsible if a guest fails to bring suitable clothing, medication, or personal protection.

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult and wear a life jacket throughout the boat ride.

All guests must follow the captain’s and guide’s instructions while boating and fishing.

Guests must behave responsibly and avoid any conduct that could endanger themselves, other passengers, the crew, or the boat.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to board. The use or possession of illegal substances during the trip is strictly prohibited.

The captain may deny boarding, suspend, or end the trip if a guest’s conduct creates a safety risk. No refund or price reduction will be issued in such cases.

Guests must use all fishing gear and other equipment provided responsibly. Any damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the guide’s instructions may be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement. Payment will be required at the end of the trip on the same day.

Guests acknowledge that fishing, boating, and related transfers are outdoor activities involving inherent risks. These may include changing weather and river conditions, boat movement, wet or slippery surfaces, and the use of hooks and fishing equipment.

Guests must act responsibly and follow the captain’s and guide’s instructions at all times.

Fishing Trips Argentina is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of phones, cameras, documents, money, or other personal belongings during transfers or the trip. Guests are responsible for protecting their belongings, particularly from water and boating conditions.

Bookings made through FishingBooker, Viator, or any other third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s payment, cancellation, modification, and refund policies.

If there is a conflict between these terms and the platform’s policies regarding payments, cancellations, modifications, or refunds, the applicable platform policy will prevail.

Any request related to a booking made through a third-party platform must also be submitted through that platform.

A 30% deposit via PayPal is required to confirm a direct booking.

The remaining balance may be paid:

• In cash, in US dollars or euros, at pick-up. 
• Via PayPal at least 48 hours before the trip. 

All payments made through PayPal, including the deposit and any balance payments, are subject to an additional 5% processing fee.

The booking will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The base rate includes up to two anglers. Additional anglers must be confirmed in advance and are subject to the boat’s capacity and the applicable additional-angler fee.

If one or more guests do not attend on the day of the trip, the agreed price will not be reduced.

Each guest must complete the required passenger information form before the trip.

The information provided must be complete and accurate and may include the guest’s full name, identification details, nationality, contact information, pick-up location, and any relevant medical or safety information.

Fishing Trips Argentina will use this information solely to manage the booking, coordinate transfers, process payments, provide the service, and send trip-related communications.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests provide the required information before the trip.

Cancellations made at least 10 days before the trip are eligible for a refund of the deposit. The final amount refunded will be subject to PayPal’s refund policies and any non-refundable fees applied to the transaction.

For cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be applied toward one rescheduled trip within the following three months, subject to availability.

Any request to change the date, number of guests, pick-up location, or other booking details must be submitted in writing and is subject to availability and any applicable price adjustment.

Guests must be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time. Delays caused by guests may reduce the duration of the fishing trip without affecting the agreed price.

Travel delays, cruise schedule changes, itinerary modifications, or changes to a guest’s personal schedule are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

If a guest does not appear or respond within 30 minutes of the agreed pick-up time, the booking will be considered a no-show. All payments made will be non-refundable.

Fishing Trips Argentina and the boat captain have full authority to determine whether weather, river, navigation, or safety conditions are suitable for the trip.

If Fishing Trips Argentina cancels the trip due to unsafe weather, river conditions, mechanical issues, or other operational or safety concerns, an alternative date will be offered.

If the guest cannot reschedule within the following three months, the deposit will be refunded through PayPal. The final amount refunded will be subject to PayPal’s refund policies and any non-refundable fees applied to the transaction.

The captain may change the departure time, itinerary, fishing grounds, techniques, or target species when necessary due to weather, river, navigation, operational, or safety conditions. These changes do not entitle guests to a refund or price reduction.

Safety will always take priority over the planned itinerary or fishing expectations.

Pick-up is scheduled approximately 40 to 50 minutes before boarding. Guests must be ready at the agreed location and time and remain reachable through the contact information provided in the booking.

The booked fishing duration—4, 6, or 8 hours—begins upon boarding. After the trip, the return transfer takes approximately another 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic.

Guests are responsible for verifying their travel schedules and allowing sufficient time before flights, cruise departures, tours, or other commitments. Fishing Trips Argentina is not responsible for missed connections or activities caused by traffic, weather, navigation conditions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The person making the booking is responsible for informing every member of the group of these terms and confirms that they are authorized to accept them on their behalf.

Payment of the deposit confirms that the guest has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Fishing results depend on natural factors, including the season, weather, river conditions, water levels, and fish activity.

Fishing Trips Argentina does not guarantee the capture of any specific species or a minimum number or size of fish. A lack of catches or unmet fishing expectations does not entitle guests to a refund or price reduction.

All guests must comply with current fishing regulations and follow the captain’s and guide’s instructions regarding permitted species, minimum sizes, catch limits, and mandatory catch-and-release requirements.

Fishing Trips Argentina cannot guarantee that any catch may be kept, as this depends on the species, season, fishing location, and applicable regulations.

Photos and videos may be taken during the trip. With their authorization, guests allow Fishing Trips Argentina to use images in which they appear for promotional and advertising purposes, including on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded, or who do not authorize the use of their image, must inform Fishing Trips Argentina in writing before the trip begins.

For guests under 18, authorization must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Payment of the deposit confirms that the person making the booking has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The person making the booking is responsible for informing every guest included in the reservation of these conditions and confirms that they are authorized to accept them on their behalf.
